The location was excellent, the manager was helpful in terms of directions and assistance in overcoming transport problems
We were unable to cancel the third night. We needed to depart one day early due to BA strike and flight cancelation. The owner, quite within his rights, required we pay for the 3rd night.

Good simple hotel at a good price.
Our first room was on the first floor on the street side of the hotel. With the windows open, it was noisy from the motor scooters and the cigarettes from the downstairs bar wafted upstairs. We switched to the third floor rear and were much happier.

Very good price, very good room - clean and quiet, excellent location.

Good location in Juan les Pines, 5 min from the beach, 30 min walk to Antibes old town. Hotel simple but clean, reasonable value for money. Some of the staff speak English. Rooms have aircon.

Amazing hotel for its price (about 66 euro). Very friendly stuff. The room cleanliness is excellent. Location is good (about 200m to the sea, bus stop is near the hotel).
